Trish and I don't always agree, but we're on the same page as to who we're supporting in Tuesday's election. Here's our choices.
Mayor - Elaine Cotronakis
Elaine has the experience, temperament, and judgement we need as our next Mayor. Her leadership skills will serve us well. She's earned the respect of other leaders and will proudly represent us in her broader role as Juno Beach's ambassador to the outside world.
Seat 1 - Marianne Hosta
Marianne shares the values of Juno Beach voters, listens and understands their concerns, and brings a concise, well thought out viewpoint to every discussion.
Seat 3 - Eddie Gottschalk / Max Fraser
We like them both! We're impressed with their honest willingness to serve others, humility to listen to all points of view and not rely on knee-jerk reactions to complex issues. Too bad they both can't win.
We're voting for Eddie as he's our neighbor and we're impressed with his involvement in our community.
